What do I need to bring to sell my items and how should it be brought in?
You will need a valid driver's license or identification card. Items should be freshly laundered and no items on hangers. Idea bag size when brought in is grocery sized bags (its makes it easier for us to lift)
What sizes do you buy and sell?
Girls Clothing: Bottoms: Sizes 00-30 Tops: XS - 6X
Guys Clothing: Bottoms: Sizes 28-40 waist Tops: XS - 6X
What brands do you buy and sell?
We look for trendy brands seen in the malls and department stores!
Some brands that sell best: lululemon, alo, princess polly, coach, gymshark, zara, brandy melville, kate spade, nike, abercrombie & fitch, urban outfitters, tory burch, michael kors, free people, victoria's secret pink and many more!
What is your return policy?
Clothing may be returned with original price tags ATTACHED and original receipt for a refund or store credit within 7 DAYS of purchase. Clearance items and accessories including footwear, handbags, scarves, wallets, and jewelry are FINAL SALE. Items purchased from another Plato's Closet Location may be returned for a store credit ONLY.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is necessary! We buy-sell-trade 7 days a week. Monday through Saturday 10am - 9pm and Sunday's 11am-7pm
How are your items priced?
Items are priced individually based on brand, style, condition and current inventory. Shop popular brands for up to 70% less than regular retail prices. We pay a portion of our expected resale price. Bring your items in for an evaluation; estimates cannot be given over the phone.
How do I get paid, and can I trade?
If we buy your items, choose cash or a digital payout via Venmo, PayPal or debit. Choose to trade and receive 15% off your entire purchase that day.
